This is a 1930-40s style farmhouse. It has weathered wood siding and porch and a faux rusted tin roof. The windows and doors are working and have a detailed crackled paint effect. The handmade screen door adds a country touch.
This house was handmade and is an artist piece for the young at heart, but not for children. This is a collector’s house made by Auralea Krieger in 2017.
It has copper tape electric, but needs a transformer. Comes with a new junction splice. Plugs throughout the house are for 12V dollhouse lights.
31” wide x 22” deep x 21” tall.
The rooms are spacious and come with all furniture shown. Kitchen has a faux tin ceiling with a touch of rust added over the range. Pantry cabinets under stairs are made to look a bit warn. Upper cabinet has 2 shelves for old-fashioned canned goods. A bag of onions are already in there for you! Kitchen fridge and stove are metal and the sink is porcelain sitting on a metal base.
Beautiful wallpaper throughout and the upstairs has wood beam ceilings. Stairwell was handmade and is wood. Curtains are all included. It’s move-in ready! $800 (Cannot mail, pick up in MD) Serious inquiries only-email me at workofheartns@gmail.com.
